Aero question

For started seedlings, seeds with a tap root... Can you start them in a Aero garden? Do you use rockwood cubes as the starting material?

yes....

but you can also just start them in a (wet) rockwool cube sitting in a plate with a cfl over head... and when it sprouts... move it
