Advice welcome AG CFL grow week 1

Howdy everyone! This ends my first 10 days of my first grow op. I'm not going to use an Aerogarden next time, but I will get through this grow anyway. I'll be starting a different grow as soon as I collect the needed materials.

Here is what's going on now. 7 spot AG, lights on, pump off with 3 plants: Speed + Fem, Jack 47 Auto Fem, Sweet Skunk Auto Fem I have 4 airstones (walmart: 2 tiny round ones, 2 long ones) that keep my reservoir at about 68F with the help of 2 PCI cooler fans I rewired. I have a fan blowing across that I move around. The lighting is (for now) 2 23W 6400k cfls, the 2 AG lights, and a 2700k 23W CFL. Using PH'ed distilled water and some filtered tap water. My tap water is 350 PPM and the distilled water is less than 50 PPM. No nutes yet. I'm moving more to filtered tap water now. I keep those CFLs as close to the plants as possible. I may have mixed the seeds up at germ, but AFAIK the Speed is the tallest one, Sweet Skunk is second, and the Jack 47 is the slow one. The Speed has a TON of roots. It has a yellow spot on the tip of one leaf and a little yellow brown on another leaf. The Skunk looks perfect and has a fair amount of roots. The Jack has barely any roots that have grown into the water and is just now emerging from the grow sponge. Attached are pics.

So... if anyone has any advice for a virgin gardener, please let me know. Keep in mind, this AG WILL NOT be used again except maybe for clones. Thanks in advance.

I totally agree. It is essentially just a reservoir with holes in the top. The lights aren't good, the rez is small, i had to add airstones... It'll become a cloner or (more likely) back to growing herbs. :) Any idea what is going on with this leaf?DSCF0296.JPG
