What it is, if you didn't know, is a mix of Phosphorus and Potassium which are key elements in flowering. You can use that canna product, or other 'budding' additives any time starting from when the first flowers are forming to when you are going to flush or harvest. I think you will have a hard time finding a consensus on exactly when is the right or wrong time to start boosting on top of your general flowering nutrients.

*edit* Actually one more thing, you say 32 days in but each strain is different and sucks different amounts of nutes- so that makes a one size fits all rule even less likely to be found

No it can be tricky using PK. Stick with flower nutes that contain N, so your leaves remain greener longer giving you a better harvest.

Woah when I said it can be used I meant on top of what you are already using. And yes you should be using the regular flowering nutrients when you turn the lights over. That fertilizer should have a good mix of everything in it. Using the PK is a way of increasing how much Phosphorus and Potassium is in your mix without having to add all the rest at the same time too.
So again, when you choose to use it you add it on top of the other nutrients you are using
