advice on grow light

I'm thinking of growin three plants in a closet that consist of 8ft tall,3ft wide,and 8ft long.what kind of light and watts could I use that would be inexpensive or atleast cheapest.also is it good to buy seeds from seedbank,and do you recommend any that are legit?one more question, can u really use garage flourecents to grow inside???

if i was you i would go buys a 400whps grow light on ebay and buys some seeds from attitude or seedboutique.com i wouldnt use the flourecent light unless its the t tube for cloneing orseedlings. remember when you buy seeds you get what you pay for, so if you buy a cheap $20 to 30 dont exspect to be the best plants. what are you going to use soil or hydro?

I'll give you the fluoro point of view, i use cfl's myself
You could use the garage fluoros. Trade off is the plants/buds will not be as thick/dense as with HPS. Fluoros can be easy for a beginner to use though. Won't fry any plants, and are a cheap way to get started. Good quality bud can be made with these.

Cfl's are a step up from tube fluoros(usually). They are best if you keep your plants under 3 feet in height. Can get expensive if trying to go too large with plants. Need a lot to cover a large plant properly.

Yeah those shoplights are good for clones and vegging,just make sure they are the right color temp. 6500k for veg. and 2700k for flowering if you decide to use for flowering,a mix of both are good for veg.Now as far as seed banks I would have to say the same go with Attitude.Now if you want the best results I would definitely use hid for flowering.,.,.,.,.,..,.,Just some advice,sometimes going the cheap route ends up costing more in the end.So invest your money wisely.

Well I decided to go with sectioning basement instead of closet,I bought a 1000w switchable mh/hps for veg,and 1000w hps for flowering as I am legal caregiver now and don't have to do it illegal,thanks all

i would say to get a 600w or 400w for veg unless you will have more then 4-6 moms.money saved on electric bill.
