Advice: HTG 400w MH/HPS Combo System for my Wardrobe?

Building my wardrobe which is about 2 ft x 4ft and I came across a sweet dual 400w HPS/MH combo system for about ~$160 (http://www.htgsupply.com/viewproduct.asp?productID=47981)

Q1: Is 400w enough for the space?

Q2: Any idea if this dual system is any good? Its cheap but HTG usually has good reviews.

400w will light a 3x3 area, so the far 6 inch at either end of the box will have less than optimal light levels. It will work, 2x 250w would probably be better but then you'd have to buy two lights. And 2 bulbs ever time they needed replacing.
That system looks pretty good, I've not dealt with htg but have heard good things about them on here. I would check what the colour temperature of the mh bulb is though, a lot of the time the standard will be a 4000k, when you really want 6500k, so you have to pay to upgrade. If the $10 upgrade is 5000k, that would do, it's the spectrum I use in my 250w mh and the plants love it. I've not tried the 4000k myself, but I think that would be too far out to give good results.

i would definitly order that one, no other brand because i think you have a 75% chance of getting a free upgrade when u order the HTG brand light. both times i ordered a 250watt they upgraded it to a much better system. the first time i ended up with an agrostar system worth way more then what i spent. and the second time i got a digital ballast. plus HTGs customer service is awesome IMO
