Advice for Setup, Maximum + Fastest yield

Alright, so I just bought a grow tent which measures 4x2x5 feet. I have a HPS ballast and a 400w HPS bulb and a 400w MH conversion bulb. I have an air cooled reflector which is connected to my carbon filter and my centrifugal exhaust fan as follows:
Filter -> Reflector -> Fan -> Exit
For fresh air I have a 4'' intake fan, and I obviously have an oscillating fan for air circulation. Okay so it seems like I have everything needed to start a grow. I was just wondering whether I should veg->flower in the same room, or whether I should use my closet or perhaps construct a separate grow box/tent for vegging/clones/mothers.

I'm open to suggestions, I just need to know what to do in terms of having mothers readily available for cloning, and where to put them/the clones themselves. I'd like to have crop ready for harvest as soon as possible, and I'm thinking I definitely another tent or box or something to make this a reality. I also have small CFL bulbs available for clones n such. Thanks, this is my first grow and I want to make sure I do it right.

Also, I plan to use soil for growing, if it would be easier or more beneficial to use hydro or aeroponics I'm open to suggestions.

the fast way to get a harvest is a 12/12 from seed. (9 to 13 weeks grow) most are 11 weeks at 1 oz dry weight.

The 12/12 from seed sounds good, but I still need ideas for keeping mothers/clones, I don't have a lot of space. My tent is in my bedroom, I have like 2.5x2 feet of space in my closet, but its not like airtight sealed. What do you think?

Mother-Vegging Clone Attachment 70" tall x 48" wide x 20" deep

it does't need to be air tight if it has neg air pressure then all the leaks help wit air flow.

Nah, what I mean by closet is my bedroom closet. It's part of my room~ It has sliding doors also. So like, I was thinking I could just put a table and a light in the actual closet. Iunno, how many mothers/clones do you think I'd need when I have the 4x2x5 grow tent for flowering. I'm thinking I could fit like 10-12 plants in the tent.

With one bushy mother you could do that.

You figure whe will have 8 weeks to replace the cuttings.
