what products of advance nutrients are necessary and which are not. They have alot of products out there and I was wondering must you buy the whole line up to get good results? I was using humboldt master a&b with prozyme and ginormous as my additive and had good results. But now they switched their formula I have to change products.

I have a bit of experience with AN, I'll throw in my 2 cents.

They have an incredibly large line of products, but you only need a few to get good results. Honestly, you could get great results (as you probably know) from just using the sensi a+b 2 part, or the grow micro bloom 3 part they offer. I will say that you should at the very least, use their base nutrients (obviously) and big bud. Their base nutrients are actually quite good, and are priced reasonably well. Their bloom booster big bud is absolutely fantastic, and is also very competitively priced, get it. Now, their beneficial bacteria fungus and enzym line (tarantula, piranha, sensizym) are a nightmare in hydroponics, I speak from experience. Some people use them with success, but the gains are so marginal vs the cost, and there are MUCH cheaper alternatives for a clean root zone such as hydrogen peroxide, or a competitors product like dutch master zone. Voodoo juice, their microbial product, is extremely expensive, but it does work as advertised. It will give you incredible root mass, i've seen it with my own eyes, however, you won't be able to use it in a chemical hydroponics environment with any sort of h2o2 or similar product. To sum up their organics line: leave it for soil.

I could go one by one on their product line and tell you what I think of all of them (as i've used most of them), but honestly, get the base nutrients, and some big bud, and stick with that. Consider piecing others such as the fulvic, humic, overdrive, etc as you go along, but the base nutes and the big bud WILL work, and work well.

Hope this helps!

I was just checking out their website and they have bundles now so I might get what they recommend it isn't that much to me. Their a&b, b52, overdrive, voodoo, bigbud.

How do the ph perfect work for soil? Do I mix up the nutes then let it sit overnight then it will adjust the ph automatically?

PH perfect hasnt been released yet. If you think you have it, you don't. Theyve been advertising it for a very long time now, and keep claiming pushbacks because of labelling or this and that and the other thing. I wouldnt invest another minute in researching PH perfect until its out, because there are a lot of people here who think it simply wont ever be out.

now, for their current standing base nutrients, you'll find that they typically PH your water to about 6.5 on their own, depending on your additives, which is ideal for soil. Grab a cheap meter, and get used to pHing your own solution, youll likely be doing it for a very long time :)
