adjusta shade reflectors

i have just bought 4 new reflectors,but my old ones i had bought were second hand and all ready put together.the new reflectors i bought are the adjusta shade ones with all parts seperate i havnt a clue putting them together any1 else got these reflectors and if so could some 1 help me out with how to put them together thanks
