adding sugar during last 4 weeks flowering?

does anyone know anything about adding sugar during the last 4 weeks of flowering to improve harvest weight?(how much? what kind? does it work?)

ive heard of using Molassas not straight sugar

never used it but i have read some threds on it and have thought about adding some to one or three of by babys just to see whats up. feel free to rep+
