Adding nutes?

I was wondering how do I add nutrients? its not liquid its a powder type Fox Farms steamed bone meal..

On the box it says put a tea spoon for every gallon of soil so I am suppose to mix it with a gallon of water or am I suppose to place it on top the soil then water?..

Only 2 days after first adding I noticed a boost in flowering so this is great stuff just want to make sure I dont over feed them how often should I add nutes?..

You want to mix it with water first, then feed. If at all possible, check the pH after mixed, just to make sure your nutrient solution isn't too acidic.

Cool but how often should I water them? every watering or once a week?

Every other watering would be fine.
