adding more lights???

so right now i run a 1000 and a 600 in air cooled hoods, the room is 5x10x7tall. I wanted to add more light but dont want to waste power or heat. i'm twisted between adding another 600 or replacing the 600 with a 1000. I dont think i have enought power to run 2 1000's and a 600
Option 1. 2-600 and a 1000
Option 2. 2-1000's
The costs are about the same except i end up with a left over 600 if i go option2. what do you guys think will perform the best.

I would get another 1000w and run 2x 1000w and keep the 600w as spare.
