Just wanted to pass on the knowledge, I got activated pelletized carbon for a $1.40 per lb at http://www.carbonactivatedcorp.com/. If the shipping is worth it to you it is a very good deal. Refilled my old filter that is like six feet tall for 200 bucks. If you are buying brand new it would of been really expensive.
