ACMPR questions

Just a starter and from what I have read getting an ACMPR is the way to go. Only plan on having 8 to 10 plants at any one time (half in veg and half in flowering). Here are my questions:

1. 5G/day with 25 plants license is all I need. The 25 plant limit is that at any one time or 25 plants per year (Not sure how anyone would check).

2. Do I have to renew license every year? How long is it good for?

3. Plan on using a service to apply as I’m pretty sure my Dr won’t give me a script. Any recommended services?

Thank you

Not the same at all…Ontario Law I was enquiring about law regarding recreational growth. As a result I learned that the best way to go for me is to obtain an ACMPR…

@Brettman is right; it’s 25 plants at any one time, not all year. A clone is a plant when it has roots on it and when you cut the stalk it’s not a plant anymore as I understand it.You pay for the license every year. License to grow.ca is super easy and the cheapest out there. No doctor, they use nurse practitioners, they guarantee you a license, and they just dropped their prices this year.
The concern about big brother having your address is valid. I know a grower who had a license but didn’t renew it and the cops found out about it. Big raid and lost his crop and all his gear but he wasn’t being quiet about his grow and he had a couple of helpers who weren’t too interested in security because they were growing under his license.
