So Im a medical patient, and obviously i want to grow. My GP who is new to the whole ordeal issued me a modest script of 10g/day but either way i was only registered with an LP, now I want to start growing. I know i have to apply for the ACMPR/w me growing. separate but do i need to see my GP again to be able to go forward with the paperwork, or can i simply apply with my "Medical Document" with the printable form . and mail it away?

You just need your signed medical document, do you have it or did you have to send it to your LP? If you sent it to them you can contact them and have them send it back to you.

I had to send it to my LP, but the whole deal was done through till ray and their application process, if i get my MD with the Tilray letterhead thats filled and signed by my doctor thats all i need?

You want the orginal copy your doctor sent to tillray. Cant be a photo copy. IMO your better off contacting your doctor and maybe get another original. I doubt tillray will be eager to send that document back...

I thought they were suppose to send back the paperwork when requested? There was some hoopla about it when ACMPR came on.

And dont wait for HC to send back your paperwork, you dont need their permission. The doctor already has...start growing

yes yes yes and yes
unless hiding behind a paid script ...court wont help
Hmm how would it matter if paid script or not? Im honestly intrigued as to why you say that?

I would think one could just argue something like ‘my GP is out of touch with medocal cannabis and its benefits and he refused to help me get the medicine i need, my only option was to use one of these clinics’

Alot of people do. i kinda feel like it would have maybe been the better option to be honest my doctor is out of touch and she just told me to pick an LP didnt even know that growing my own was an option, so essentially my GP only filled out the tilray Medical document. and i had to send it to tilray myself.

if you pay................ to grow more than the 4 set out...............................you need an excuse.
To back up a paid for excuse in court will not work......unless you are legit:idea:..need sleep and or eating..etc
A GP wll sign for free as it is a regular service after all
You actually need a a script from a GP who agrees you have an illness and you actually have that to back that up in court........ IF NEED BE

you certainly could do that...but again you have to show your need to pay for somthing that is free.
