ACMPR IN QUEBEC !!! growing in appartment

Can you have a acmpr license in quebec without the signing of the landlord (i will move in a appartement soon) and he was very clear on the NO SMOKING inside so i guess its a big no to grow too lol. Anyone have been through the same situation and what are my options?

Smoking and growing are two totally different things... With enough odor control you could get away with either.
If you are growing alot, your electricity usage will be a red flag if it is included in the rent

I used to rent out a condo I owned and included electric. I would have flipped the fuck out of someone started growing in there. My tenant used to crank the electric heat up until I told her I was going to switch the electric bill over to her name. Funny how that works :lol:

thats exactly why im asking this haha but i gotta pay my own electricity bil
