accidental re veg

alright mid to late flower like week 4-6 how can I tell if I re veged? I have a fluorescent shop light I turn on that isn't on I timer that was left on 30-45 minutes after my leds shut off. it may have happened a couple days in a row but is no longer an issue.
Any thoughts on the matter would be appreciated!

word. they look fine bud production stopped for a couple days and packed on some sugar leaf weight but no stems shooting out. thc production paused im sure. trichomes almost look like they got a shade more clear instead of more white. idk i might try an put some pictures up.
