Accidental Light During Flower

So I have 16 girls flowering in a room under 2 400w HPS lamps, on a timer to go off at 8:00 PM. Last night however, I discovered to my horror that a small incandescent had been left on above them until nearly 1:00. Now I'm afraid that they're all gonna revert to veg.

My question is, what will happen if I simply delay their daybreak until about noon today? Can I stop them from reverting? Or will changing their dawn by ~4 hours just cause stress and not fix anything?

Urgent help please, I need to know within the next three or four hours. Thanks in advance.

If I keep to the same schedule, what are the chances that they WON'T revert to veg?

I've heard of people trying to revert back to VEG on purpose and it took several days of 24 hour Light to do it, so I'd just hope and pray and wait and see.
This is my my expertise but I still think they will be just fine.

it can take up to 1 to 3 weeks to veg a flowering plant depending on time in flower....
if your already 4to 5 weeks in flower ...its most likely it wont covert to veg....

thankyou both very much, I turned the light on ~30 minutes ago and they all look happy. What would be the first sign of reverting to veg? I want to know so that if it does happen, I can plunge them into 36 hours of dark right away.

As for plant age I have a perpetual harvest going, so 4 plants are 3 weeks old, 4 are 2 weeks, 4 are 1 week, and 4 just got planted 2 days ago.

i had this happen to me as well on my last harvest, about the same time too. actually it happened twice, then i took my overhead light out.. i ended up with one plant herming out on me, that plant also had an interuption in its light cycle while in the bathroom for a flush, about 1.5 hours with lights out then back into flower room. no plants reveged

if a plant does herm, does it happen to the whole plant or just a few bud sites? Would I be able to just cut off the herming part, or have to throw out the whole plant.

some plants wont be as bad as others, i have tried to remove the bananas and sacs. you can never get them all, after realizing that i never leave hermis in my flower room anymore. they are cut or moved well away from my girls.

I hope it doesn't come to that, but if it does I'll take your advice.

How long will it take for the plant to show signs of herming? And conversely, at what point will I know I'm in the clear?

if your plants go herm i wouldnt worry about it much all youll end up with is a few feminized seeds which is a good thing if you ask me you can pick off as many of the ''bananas'' as you want but they arent going to cause ya too much headache

if they are going to go hermi it will probably be in the next week to 2. your probably ok. i hope it all works out.
