About to move, bigger house means bigger grow

I'm about to move to a rural house up in the mountains, and I'm wanting to build a big walk in plywood grow box just big enough to house 2 -3x3 flood n drain hydro tables , but where I can have a deadbolted door in the middle and when I walk in I have around 12 inches of space between each 3x3 table but have the outer and back edges of the table almost touching the wall, except for the open edge-side of the tables where I can walk in between the tables, the walk in grow box will look like a rectangle.

I'm going to use 2-400 HPS, the reason why I'm not going bigger HPS is because I already own 2-400's. My concern is venting the grow box. I'm shooting for 3.5 feet wide x 7 feet long x 7 feet tall.

Both of my reflectors have glass covers with 6" duct attachments.

I own a CanFan Hi OutPut 5" centrifugal fan and have it mated to the 9000 CanFan brand filter, I'm not going to use it for this up coming project because it's too small. I'm going to order the CanFan Hi Out Put 6" 440 CFM mated to the CanFan 33 filter.

I'm trying to figure out what kind of IN-VENTing fresh air I need....how many CFM's coming in do I need, I'd rather go a little over kill just to be safe.

I'd like to order the Vortex 449 CFM 6" inline fan for pulling in fresh air for this up coming project, but does the in coming air have to be slower than the outgoing air thats being scrubbed ?

My experience has always been growing out of a closet with the door cut down 1 foot at the top, with a 2x12 put in its place at the top with 2 holes cut in the 2x12, an in vent and out vent, using a small weak 6" inline duct fan for in-venting and my Hi Out put 5" CanFan and CanFan 9000 filter for out-venting and just using one 400 HPS and a 12" oscillating fan inside the closet.

My old closet grow will be redneck ghetto compared to this next one. My location will be high in the mountains of Colorado, around 7000 ft elevation , it doesn't get real hot in the Summer, and I always run my flowering cycle 6pm to 6am , its better for keeping plants cooler.

I'm going to set up a CO2 tank on this too with timers, I want to get the most of my 2-400's.

What would be a good way to run this set up?

I wish I could write it out, and post a picture like a diagram but I don't know of a good Drawing program.
