is it ok to rub the plants stem a little bit? lmao, it smells really good. Or should i just not touch it?

You can rub yourself but don't rub your plant. Can create a spot for pathogens to enter the plant and could stress it.

I touch, twist and bend mine ALL THE TIME! if you have a strain that is sooooo sensitive to even being touched, I would argue you need a better strain.

stem isn't all that sensitive to touch...you can fux with it quite a bit...the leaves/buds are the more sensitive areas...you should avoid touching them if possible :)

I disagree with most of the above responses and here's why: sometimes when doing lst or bending a too tall plant, you first rub/squeeze the point where the bend will be to soften it up so it won't snap when bent over.
This does not hurt the plant.

You want to caress your ladies? I'd say Go for it.
