A question for Hospital Employees

I got a new job in a hospital that does a yearly QFT blood test to check employees for tuberculosis. My prior employer never did this, they only performed a QFT if you were exposed to a patient who had an active TB infection. From what I've heard there's no tricks.... but of course I'm paranoid.

Have any hospital employees here ever heard of a blood drug test being done as well when they draw blood for the QFT? There's no indication that there will be a drug test, but upon being hired I signed a form agreeing to random drug tests and I'm wondering if this is their strategy for catching unsuspecting users. I'm thinking that they still need to make me aware of when they drug test me even if I signed a form a few months ago.

I'm probably just being paranoid, but I figured I'd ask the community.
