A little help with nutrient deficiency please!

I’m trying to figure out if my plant is having a ph issue due to my ph meter being off. This is my 5th grow and I’ve never really had an issue like this before I thought it would be a nitrogen or calcium but I just can’t name this.. have you ever seen a nute burn like this after getting a little water on a leaf while feeding ?
Fox farm happy frog soil 5 gals
Fox farm nutrients 1/4 dose have only fed twice they’re a little over a month old I recalibrated my meter about a week ago
