A little assurance on my first grow

Hi all. Now my plants seem to be doing well. They will be two weeks tommorow. A few things im worried Bout tho: Im growing in my basement room (moms house, till I move soon) but theres a humidity problem bad and water leak when it rains. Plants have yet to be affected yet. As long as I have fans on and window open during the day with a small dehumidifier (very small) would this suffice??? And just do they look well for their age??? My lights are about an inch above now, im using 6 75watt cfls, im adding 2 more within the next day or two. And a small fan blowing at the bottom of grow box (cardboard). Thanx in advanve everyone.

P.s all planted same day, and im open to all suggestions. All advice is good advice to me.

Everything seems to be good. What is temperature and humidity? Might not be too much of a problem

If you dehumidify, do yourself a favor and keep the basement closed up. You can't dry a room out if it has airflow through it. Keep the dehumidifier on all the time.

Slow and low is the tempo... be patient with your little ones.

Your plants look good, go easy on the food at this time and for the next 2 weeks, As for humidity 50 to 60 % is fine, fans are always good.

Thanx so much guys. Didnt expect responses for like 2 days atleast. But I keep temps around 65, 70 the highest. Also I havent gave them any nutrients just water every 3 days. But today I notices a little brown spot on the tip of one of the plants leaves. Just thinking the lights are too close. Moving them up later while lights are out.
