A good word for Dr Chronic

Dr Chronic has been good to me. I am a small-time grower in the US and have ordered half a dozen times from the Doc. Never have the deliveries been more than 7 days from ship to my door.

Anyone looking for a reliable seed source, from my point of view should consider Dr Chronic.

I will vouch for the Dr. I live in the states and have never had an issue wih Drchronic. I have used him several times. Once it took a month around Christmas time but I still got my order! I used to use his cannabean.com site but I cant get to the page anymore because of some wierd apache page bullshit!

FYI Dr C's shipments have been getting seized at customs in Chicago for about 2 mnths.. practically every package from him has gotten seized that goes through there.

i havent heard any issues with dr. chronic recently. can anyone else provide feedback to that effect? i'd like to know since i will be ordering from them in about a week. thanks

Dr Chronic was the shite a while back then there were a whole bunch of problems with customs seziures, crushed seeds, no seeds, no replies to emails etc... He even posted a message on his webpage about not sending to the US anymore. I used to cruise his forum and liked it, but that went away at the same time.

I'm glad to hear things are picking back up for him. He really had it going for a while before things went south.

What you said was "pratically every package from him has gotten seized that goes through there",a statement that imply's direct knowledge of how many orders a month this breeder is sending out & how many orders were seized,again how could anybody possibly know the amount of shipments that got through vs the ones that got seized.

It seems like a very strong statement to make based on 2nd hand information from reading threads.

The whole time the DR Chronic scare was floating around the forums & being rehashed over & over again by those repeating what they heard my shipments got through just fine,im in detroit so chicago would be the international hub & my packages came right through,the latest package was around 2 weeks ago & got to my door in less than 1 week from order date.

Im not saying that the DR did not have a problem with shipments getting lost or seized but he is by no means ripping anybody off as many have accused him of,ive watched the same scenario play out with just about every seedbank on the planet,while Nirvana was being bashed daily in the forums on this site the good DR Chronic was the darling of the forum,everybody said to forget Nirvana & go to the Doc,now its the Doc's turn to get bashed,next month it will be a new breeder getting raked over the coals,its endless.

All im trying to get at with you or anybody else who has interest in these seedbank threads is this.

Stories grow as they get passed around from what people "hear",each person add's their own little twist to the story as they pass the story along (see quote in my 1st post in this thread to see the story grow),By the time a bunch of members pass the story along the seedbank is kicking children in the teeth & the breeder is a registered sex offender who has stolen all the money sent to him & ran off.

Im a firm believer that any information regarding seedbanks, weather it be pro or con ,should come from members who have direct experience with the exact seedbank in question,it paints a much more accurate picture of what seedbank is loosing shipments & which ones are getting through.

Ive made 3 orders with DR Chronic that have resulted in 7 packages being sent to me from him,i allways buy atleast 2 strains & have him split shipment dates to increase my chances of most if not all of my order getting through customs,all 7 of my packages made it through & all were recieved in one week or less from the day he charged my credit card.

My last order from DR Chronic came in around two weeks ago & took 5 business days to recieve,im 7 for 7 with DR Chronic.

When I ordered from Dr over a year ago I had a bad pack of seeds, a couple germed and the rest looked crushed or splintered. It's from a way they used to pack them I think. I explained it to him and he sent me a new pack of something he had around- Spice of Life Sweet Tooth #3 x AK47. Definitely not what I paid for but a good response and awesome seeds. All germed and the ST phenos are beautiful. ST#3 is now one of my favorites but alas, those seeds are rare. Fortunately I still have 3 of those seeds.

yes i did and out of all the posts only one person actually described the bad experience that he had and most of what he said stunk of bullshit.

also 99.9% of the people who posted to those links report having a good experience with the doc. why dont you try giving feedback based on your own experience and not hearsay

well I dont know from expreience, but I do know that ive read about his shit getting seized all over the net.. I doubt all those ppl are lying.. Besides, its better to be safe than sorry imho. I have no reason to be pro or con about Dr C..I have no vested interest in him or any other bank.. Im just relaying info is all.. I never said he was ripping ppl off. Just that his packs were getting caught at Chicago customs.

I love the doc I had a couple seeds crushed one time in a fem pack of passion 1 but still had three fems. That was when they were packing them with qtips and tubing. I have order from them a couple other times and everything was sweet always 3 to 4 days good germ and genetics. All the ppl that think your getting bagseed replacements just had a bad grow or can't grow. Just like ppl raggin on KC brains He has amazing genetics and most ppl think he sucks because of talk on the forums from 13 yr old cfl growers.
