A friend of mine has just been caught - UK

Hi all,

I need some advice if possible. A good friend of mine was recently pulled over by the police, UK based, and found with possession of x10 - 1.5g bags, and x5 3.5g bags.

He stupidly admitted to the cops he sold to friends in small amounts. His house was searched but no baggies, scales, or bud found.

24 hours he is released from the cell, they still have his phone which is packed full of evidence, including tick lists, requests for gear and numbers for the main guys he sources it from.

Has anyone been in a similar situation or could guess what sentence he is likely to receive? He works full time and this is his first criminal offence. I feel for the poor lad, but even I could of seen this coming.

fuck him.get a hold of his connects and tell em to shut down shop asap, and reset with new numbers and stash houses (or even move).

IF you were in my state this would be a fine and a low level charge.

Ouch! Not good at all. I have no idea what his outcome will be. I just feel bad for him.

its called social supply the lowest of the supply charges. but still carry's a max of 3 year at crown. tell youre friend about is right to silince. as if he knew he would have had probably walked. as its the police clutching at straws when they slap that charge on u. in a nut shell they had shit till he said ye i only supply my friends. wich is all good if youre bang to rights on a possession with intent charge or the dreaded conspiracy charge. you can always try and fall back on this charge by saying its only my friends wih u might think hey. but when youre looking at 8 year for the possession with intent charge you gladly take 3... tell youre friend he as hung himself....and before getting involved in these games to at least know his rights and how to play it once youre caught

How dumb can a person be? Never never never keep that type of info on your phone. Must be a kid.

Eeek, not looking good then. This is the problem when you drive around baked doing your drops. It was just a matter of when, not if he got caught.

You better clean your house out, because friends are friends till they are busted then they you become there ticket to reduced sentence.

There is no fix for stupid.

he will probally do 18 months all told ,maybe a bit less , if only he had said they was his personal and he had just bought the deals like that he would of probally got off with a fine .
if only it was made legal to grow 2 or 3 plants for yourself at home there wouldnt be kids like this ruining there lives for a few quid , and we could all live in peace growing our own personal with no need for dealers .

tell your friend to look at the common law behind the offence NOT STATUTE as statute law is 'law of the sea' leaving common law as 'law of the land' tell him to join a church and to inform the judge that he is deeply religous and only answers to the word of god and therefore does not recognise the authority of the judge as he is not god but just a regular human being... the bible says one MUST obey the law of the land... and according to common law (law of the land) your friend isnt breaking the law as the mis-use of drugs act is infact statute law... this is NOT all he needs to know his brief needs to be aware of this so he can provide the appropriote litrature to support him and he needs to research freeman law as there are certain points in court where he'll be asked to start or talk entering into a contract which in effect is bowing to the authority he needs to know when to stand what to say when he stands and what to say when they threaten him with contempt of court if all goes ok the judge WILL abandon the case it can be done with a good enough brief believe me it has been done you can see examples of this on youtube search 'freeman of the land'
