A few more weeks????

I've never grown before and I've read loads of posts on harvesting but still not 100% on my timings. How do these look to you?. They were outside until the weather here turned wetter. Now they are on the window sill so I was hoping they are nearly ready. All feedback appreciated. Cheers.
