a couple questions brf method

When using the pressure cooker and adding your jars how high should the water be? Should the water in the pressure cooker be right underneath your jars or should there be more space between the jars and the water?

When I mix my substrate I use 3 glasses verm, 1 and 1/2 glass of brown rice flour, 1 and a 1/2 glass of water. Is this correct or should I do something different?

All you need is enough water so your cooker won't run dry, you do NOT want that. If you are steadfast a few inches of water will last a few hours bit... Best if you got more.
