A bit overwhelmed with nutrient purchase

I'm starting my first grow. Need some advise on a few topics. Will post one topic at a time to make it easier. I've decided to go with a DWC system. I will have 4-6 plants total and using cfl's for cost reasons. But I have not been able to figure out nutrients. The seeds are from a collection I've stored, don't want to buy seeds until I've got the process down, plus in the U.S and not sure if safe to order online. I have to stay on a tight budget but will be able to buy up in a little while. So, can someone tell me what nutrients to buy (chem for now)? Brand is not a big issue for now but cost must be factored in. Also they come in various sizes so I'm not sure if the smaller sizes will work. The totes will be normal size 18-27gal (2 totes total, 1 res and one grow tote). Help please!

Found them both at a hydro store that has a location near me. Will pick up next week. Why no ppm. Every thread I've read says that it's one of the most important things. And will this be all I need for the entire grow?

thats the best part...only need a PH meter even though it is PHbuffered meaning no PH drift. their feeding chart tells you in table spoons instead of ppms
