90 LED Medium Blue lights to replace 600W HPS and CFL's??

Hey guys, I was looking for a cheap growlight for my first grow and i stumbled upon this ebay page...

This site claims that this Medium blue LED light could replace a 600W HPS, Even better, it fits the most common lamp sockets.

Do you think i could grow under this light? from little chutes to the huge plants covered in buds

LED claims arent true, you need twice as many led watts as hps to get the same results, you can get a 150w hps for $80 a 400w for like $120, even the cfls from walmart would be more efficient for you than led.
