I know its an old topic. But i just saw another one of those movies... Now im feeling like a nut job. The wife was watching a movie called "the zeitgeist" on netflix, that i happened to walk in on and started watching. They seem to have ALOT of good evidence supporting it was a conspiracy, along with a bunch of other good stuff that will really get you pissed off. I kinda deep down think it was a conspiracy, which is fucking insane. And then i was dumb enough to have a conversation about it with a family member, now i really feel like a paranoid schitzo nut job.

id just like to hear some opinions and see how crazy YOU guys think i am. If you think im a moron for even thinking it might be true, plz let me know.

All the conspiracy people are giving the government too much credit. I dont think that they are smart enough to cover up such a huge deal. I was alive during Watergate, they were boobs and these were the best people they had.

all we know for a fact is the us government used the attacks to invade the east with no real evidence supporting it was muslims and we have now been there for over ten years fighting a war that can not ever be won.

and ino what your saying (the guy above me^^^) people are giving the govt too much credit when it comes down to such an attack they had nothing to gain apart from the ay ok to go to the east .but we all know who gained out of the attacks and we all know who is fighting to expand isreal

I personally don't care either way any more. If it was a conspiracy, then the USA were actually the bad guy, if it actually happened as they say, well you've long passed the point of justified retribution and are now simply the bad guys.

sadly i agree with this... you grow up your whole life thinking one thing and doing things a certain way in order with what you believe and how you were raised, but then when you finally grow up and look around you see that youve become apart of the VERY thing that you hated so much and wanted to destroy. when you finally realize this and figure out who the bad guys really are your life will never be the same, and some, well they cant accept that maybe the thing that they fought for and believed in for over 4 or 5 decades has become the very evil that they were fighting against, its funny how ironic it REALLY all is.



ps. i am personally ASHAMED of my governments action. BUT, I am still an american, and I am still proud to BE an American. The thing is, from MY point of view, the government of the united states has become this total seperate entity of its own, its like this: there is the UNITED STATES, the one we all know and love, freedom, liberty and a chance to live in a truly FREE place. well what has happened, is a bunch of very evil fucked up people have taken control of the UNITED STATES and turned it into something very bad and very evil. a very evil big fucked up machine. they have literally STOLEN our government, our nationality, our country, our land, our everything, they have become the spokesman for the USofA around the world, and people hate us. BUT...people around the world should know that REAL americans (not the govt or the politicians or the 'face' for usa) the actual american people are not like that, we arent evil fucked up people that want to war with everyone and everything until we all blow ourselves off this stupid fucking rock. So please, if you are from another place and you think of us, please remember how the average american feels, because I am average. I am as average as it gets, i see it this way. there is the UNITED STATES (real regular people that founded this country and made this a great place to live) and then there is The UNITED STATES (the fucked up evil people that has taken control of our country, our government, our congress, our senate...starting wars every chance they get, kill as many people as possible, murder women and children type shit, just PURE EVIL shit....its everywhere, and they are everywhere. if you think that for a second that it is different and you live in the USA then I would say two things either A: your delusional, and you simply do not pay attention because you do not really care who rules you, as long as you get you and yours ..........or B: your in denial of what is really going on and that is dangerous in and of itself. sorry for the ramble. i just hate how other people see us as these fucking evil pigs and we are not like that, we are just like everyone else the only difference is evil people took over a huge (and really rich) government as a means to THEIR end. NOT MY END, THEM. i like to seperate myself from that. I STAND FOR THE REAL UNITED STATES, the real constitutional republic that was put in place in 1776. the way I see it, every person in the government right now has commited TREASON to the USA and should be dealt with accordingly, I need'nt say what the penalty for TREASON is, I would hope you know. end of story. sorry.

What is also interesting to consider is the commission assigned to investigate the world trade collapse, also openly admitted to not being able to verify certain things such as the ability of the jet fuel to burn the metal structure that was in place. Witnesses also claimed to see a cargo plane and hear consecutive explosions. There is just so many issues now that it is become impossible to determine fact from fiction.

I believe one of the investigations directors were actually quoted saying that they weren't granted access to everything and was forced to take the statements of "other experts" as the truth. They also mentioned something along the lines of there needing to be a permanent commission set up just to investigate the event in order for 100% of the truth to come out. The exact quotes should be accessible by a google search.

Regardless, I don't think it was 100% conspiracy but the lack of gov-investigative transparency and factual inaccuracies cited by the government makes it seem as there is a lot more to the story then we are being told. The way I see it is, we were aware of the threat prior to 9/11 but choose not to act.

I have also heard others make the argument that some of the owners of the collapsed buildings also added provisions to their insurance policy to cover damages from such a scenario a few months prior to the event. Also considering how Bush wanted to access to the middle-east, I can see an economic justification being considered by our gov.

Nevertheless, the loss of lives is just tragic. Innocent people always get caught in the cross-fire of the politically and economically dominant players in the global economy.

If these silly little movies convince you it just means that you don't know enough. The claims of the conspiracy nutjobs are very easily dismissed.

We had a thread on this going sometime relatively recently, and the truthers were unable to hold their ground.

The worst part about it all regardless of where you stand, is no-one was held accountable for the failures that day or the list of failures in the years leading up to 9/11. Promotions and budget increases stumped common sense in the following years...

No I don't think you are crazy at all. I have seen the movies and documentaries that you are talking about and it's hard not to question the "facts" that have been put forth. I think the way you are feeling shows that you have an open mind but you are surrounded by closed minded people. This would make ANY person question his own sanity.
