I supplied materials for Steven Spielberg's home a decade ago in Port Royal FL, and even his house was only $900/sg ft. His home was 40,000 s/ft, with all the amenities on the Gulf. Now why would someone pay this much for a view of a polluted city?. WTF could possibly be in this starter home sized condo to assess this high value?.

No offense NY, I'd the say the same about Chicago.

I guess if money isn't an issue, you get whatever you want no matter the price. The place does have an awesome view of Central Park.

This makes me absolutely sick. 88 million for a place she is going to stay when she visits? My Aunt and Uncle had a house built in West Palm Beach for 2 mil that for several years they occupied 10 days a year. I thought that was awful. How many kids could 88 mil feed, clothe, house etc etc. What makes me even more sick is that her daddy made his $ from a fertilizer company. So, unlike our government claims that drug $ goes to terrorism. Some grow money goes towards pampering a spoiled overly decadent rich biotch to visit NY. Geeze, having the cash equal to 5 square feet of that C*NT's temporary residence would change my life. I think I'm gonna puke!

wow thats crazy,i wouldnt lie though, if i had the money my dream home would be around 5000sqft w pool carports etc with about 15acres ,but yeah 88million is waaaaaayyyy too much money, that could have went to a good cause!
