Take the Y splitter out, run the ducting from outside of your room, through both of your reflectors, and back outside the room. THis way, the outside air never enters the inside, and doesnt carry any odor with it. Take the filter and put it inside the room to filter air inside. Good luck.

i dont think i can do this because it gets 110+degrees here

you need AC to run a sealed room. Theres really no way around it unless you live in alaska.

Consider running ventilation/air exchange if you don't have/dont want to buy an AC unit.

i said i have a mini split unit, 10k btu

if you are sucking air from the room through the lights you are just wasting co2 and air conditioning. that mini should easily keep your room cool if you do the ducting properly like said above. one duct from outside of room to lights and back out. i have one of the most sealed rooms you will see and my 12k mini easily handles 2k bare or 3k air cooled lights. easily.

the air is being exhausted in the same room just behind the wall
