8 tube t5 lights....will my plant bud???????????

Now I know that I will need to use my 600 watt hps bulb eventually but here's my concern. Will my plants start budding if I leave it under the the T5's? I'm using advanced nutrients grow,micro, and bloom, and yes i've been using bloom. Now since I'm using bloom, will that make my plants bud? Or can I let the plants get as big as I want, although I'm using bloom. My plants are 33 days old, well technically 34. I'm also growing them aeroponically. I would appreciate the professional advice.
