7 x 42 Watt CFL or 1 x 400 watt HPS

Hey guys i finally got my HPS light working.. which would be better i have 7 42 watt cfl's and i think they are for flowering not sure the K on them.

or should i just use my 400 watt HPS

will it veg and flower fine under these lights? mine seem to be starting off really slow but all 5 are now growing decent every day.. only about 4 inches so far lol and thats been 2 weeks since seed.

also i bought a bubbler from ebay and tried 6 seeds in it.. 0 have came out yet and its been a week.. what might be wrong? i germinated them for a few days till i seen atleast a tiny tail then stuck them in rockwool and turned on the bubbleponics.. and mist them everyday if they get dry... do they need light or no lights?

400 HPS. buy a decent bulb for veg and flowering. id use the cfls from seed though. then put ur 400 hps with the cfls for vegging as well. then take the cfls away for flowering.
