its still going to put out what the bulb says.
the ballast dosn't put out the lummens its the bulb

oh, but why when they advertise these new ballast why dose it say they increase the bulbs lumens here is a what 1 says "igital ballasts use less electricity, do not degrade over time, give out more light (lumens) and maintain lamp output for longer. This means your plants will grow faster and for longer...also for less money!"

its all about the $. if you will buy there sales pitch then you will buy there product. thats how it goes my friend..

personaly NO. its all bullshit. a ballast is a ballast. one may use less power to run it but other then that they are the same.
