600 watt closet setup, ventilation help

attached pictures are to scale, but don't pay attention to the information on the side of the image, dimensions are correct but light and # of plant specs are undecided.

FLOWER CHAMBER
Dimensions:
w3'4"d2'10"h5'11"
Cubic feet: 59
Max lamp to pots: aprox. 2'2"
Shelf to floor: 3'3"
Lamp type: 600w digital HPS
Reflector type: 6in Air cooled
20, 7"x7"x7" pots
>cannot vent air through ceiling or walls, must vent through closet door
>some type of circulation fan probably 6in oscillating

current plan: the box in the left corner would act as a junction box for the 6in aircooled hood that draws air from the flower chamber and 2 5in exhausts from the main flower chamber, these will get funneled down into 1 6in duct that vents out of a 12"x12" vent in the top of the closet door. a 60 cfm 120mm pc fan will be used on both 5in exhausts and the aircooled hood, they will than be pushed out of the closet by an additional 60cfm pc fan. intakes will be 2, 14"x 6" vents at the bottom of the flower chamber.

my questions are,

is it reasonable to assume this will provide enough ventilation for a 600watt light?

where is the bottleneck in this ventilation setup?

i am hoping to get any constructive criticism, questions, suggestions, and recommendations that any of you may have, thanks alot.

take some time to observe the pictures i uploaded and critique my plan i want to get it perfect before i begin my grow.

from a noobie grower but long time engineer - build it and see. at worst, you'll have to buy some higher rated fans. i have a 600 watt hps with a single 80 cfm inline booster fan and it keeps the plants below 80 F. your extra ducting could require extra fans but nobody on this site could tell you for sure.

well im college still and don't really have very much money and although i want to invest in a quality setup, i cant really afford to buy parts only to have to replace them later. I am sort of a perfectionist so i am trying to do this the best i can with the money i have. My goal is a sog setup with a 20 plant flowering chamber on top w/ 7in pots. below will be a veg/clone/mother chamber. I want to stagger putting the plants into the flowering chamber to achieve a 10plant harvest every 4-5 wks. i could possibly afford to buy 1 higher cfm blower fan rather than 4-5 pc fans.

When I first started growing it was in a box like you. Had a 1000 watt hps over 15 but I got hot all the time despite the fact I had ac going straight to the lights 6" air port and into the box itself. I being in college couldnt afford everything at once but when I bought a 440 cfm steel inline fan and was able to dump all the heat out of that box faster than fast which helped with heat substantial. My biggest advice would be patience looking back I wasted time and effort. Buy all your shit before you start don't buy light and nutes then buy fan later ECT. Get all you most essential stuff before you start growing in a box is harder than a room. Buy the way I was able to harvest 4 lb in one harvest out of a box then I upgraded to a full room so things look up
