Not sure what your using for lighting but they might need a lil more. Other than nice, stem looks sturdy.

really?..i've got all the light i can have on her at the moment.... i should say that I was advised to top her about 2 weeks ago....so thats why she's short..... but she is growing out..... which i was told was the purpose of it..... she doesn't look like she's stretching....

I'm using a 2700 lumen cfl...and an 800 lumen cfl.....

no not yet, gonna let those new nodes mature a little... but will start in 2 weeks or so.... she hasn't started growing alternating nodes yet..... do i have to wait for that?...... and if so....do they also need to mature before I can flower?..or wcan they mature during flowering?

I actually top and start flowering at right about where your plants are (give or take a few weeks maybe). I have some space restrictions where i'm at but really it's all about what you want to do. You have to make sure your plants mature enough to flower of course. Yours are only six weeks and you could wait another 4-5 if you wanted. If you want to start now you could and yes they will continue to grow out. If you don't top your plant can double in size durring flowering. If you do top it will still strech but not double.

thank you brother.... i'm going to wait a little bit.....maybe a week or so...and then i have to transplant her again :(..... i messed up and used a small pot ... not realizing that it must be much bigger...gonna buy some good soil for her....

how much do you usually yield when u start flowering at this stage?

I usually start with a gallon pot then transplant right before flower if i need to. (never usually happens cause I usually quazi micro grow) I use scotts potting soil and wait till just before lights out for your transplant. Less Stress on the plant that way.
At harvest I yeild around 5 ozs per plant. I just grow for personals so... Not too worried about a huge harvest.
Although I've been using uncle bens topping method for 4 colas on my 4 week old sativas. So not sure yet how those will yeild.

Cool...thank you for those helpful hints... this is my first grow, so I don't expect top of the line anything..... everything is too makeshift right now...when i get my own place..i will have proper means to really really get into it.

Thanks again!
