6 weeks in... flowering soon?

Hi all! I am at the end of my 6th veg week and I just want to get some professional opinions about when you think I should put my ladies into flowering phase? I have 5 plants in my setup, my tallest girl is about 18" tall and my shrimp is only about 7 inches tall. I have a pic in there comparing my tallest stem width to a pen. How do they look guys?

the 2nd pic looks a lil over ferted with N
its up to u when to flower
itll at least double in size
also consider the lighting ur using....the bigger the plant the more light u need

Looking excellent! I flower when the leaves start to alternate (leaves are not right across from each other). You are there so you are free to flower. Keep in mind that they will at least double their vegetative height by the time they finish. It does look like they are right on the edge of a slight overnute ( leaves are not real shiney and are slightly dark in color) but that's how I do it also. Next time you add water give them plain water this time just to be sure.
