6 weeks in and still the same problem

Me again,

Had a problem with my little one from a few weeks in.
It is at 6 weeks now and 25cm in height.
I have healthy growth, however, the leaves 1 or 2 tiers under turn yellow, curl up and fall off.
(Looks a little white in the pics due to the LEDs)
This is happening continuously as she has new growth.

Now, I am pretty sure this is a Nitrogen issue.
I don't over water.
My watering schedule is as follows:
1 watering of 5-0-0 mix. (Ive been told for this a straight Nitrogen mix can be good.)
1 watering of normal water
1 watering of 6-6-6 mix
1 watering of water
And thus basically repeat this.

I am growing in a soil medium with a PH that sits around 6 to 6.5
Plenty of air blowing around and nice and warm, without being hot.
Growing under LEDs and CFL

I am getting a little new growth where the leaves previously fell off, little leaves appearing.
It seems rather healthy except for the leaf issue.
I repotted her about 2 and a half weeks ago and gave her some good neutral soil.
It may just be some readjusting but, she is having the same problem and I fear if I don't help her, she may not be able what she is supposed to do.

I would appreciate any advice on how to solve this issue
Keeping in mind:
I cannot get all the famous brands etc where I live.
I am on a budget
I am a newbie.

Cheers

6 weeks? You have far more than nutrient issues here. Light is too weak or too far away or both. No idea the EC of the feeds.
Good point. First try at growing indoors. In winter. Taken me some time to get the set up right.
(6 weeks is sprouting)
I popped another in 3 days ago.
Will move CFLs closer.
She seems to being doing better with the 200w LED to back them up.
I hope, there is still hope for my first.

At this point i will chop and start all over, do more reading and start more prepared, a well grown plant will be that tall and better developed in 3 weeks. Dont take it the wrong way. GL. And merry Xmas
Fair comment. I think as it is my first I will keep her in the grow room just a little longer to see what happens.
I think I made a lot of mistakes with her from the beginning so, will learn from that for the next baby.
I will adjust my lights a little more making the LED and CFLs a little closer and not disturb her so much.
(i had to repot her 3 times and changed the grow room around an equal amount of times. All that may have stressed her to where she is now. I know I know, first time to grow indoors and try to get everything right. Bound to fail a few times I guess)
