So I'm a bit new I've had one successful grow using 4 23w cfls for one plant, but now my budget has changed and I am able to grow using LEDs I find very little information about it anywhere I look. I was just curious on the dimensions I should use with a 350w ProGrow 400x LED light. I'm planning on growing tons of HAZE, Thai, and Durban poison as I hate being lazy :P. I will be using Fox Farm ocean Forest for my soil and Grow Organics "GO box" for my nutrients my original plan was to use a 4'x4' wide maybe even 5'x5' with a height of 5' to 6' (adding a 1 foot for maneuverability on all parts of the box) allowing the plants to reach 2 feet before transitioning over to flowering since these strains are mainly sativa their height can easily double to triple.. Which is kind of a drag because it puts me in this predicament of trying to figure out the dimensions. Don't leave this farmer alone, I need veteran help :!:

I'm not a veteran but I would go with a 4x4 room with that light but then I wouldn't want a 1 foot for "maneuverability" so maybe you need the 5x5 . If you are concerned about height do your research on LST.

so this is what I found out using L.E.D.'s....and a 4x4 gro area.....its too fukin small....forget LST(no offense)...start topping them...early...I top mine at about 4-6 inches...(the first time)some of them get topped a second time(you'll pay for that in a 4x4)2 months later I can get 9 of them in there(4x4)...and its wall to wall plant....zero extra room....pain in tha ass to pull the plants out and work on them...totally doable tho...If I wait longer than 2 months...I have to drop it down to 6 plants...all this topping and culling...yields me about1/4 lb.....you talk about wanting to grow"tons"....start with a big BIG room....12x12....10 300w led lights....1000lbs of soil....and ur on ur way....with a 4x4...its 4 oz every 2 months like clockwork...not much more than that....and i'm using 2- 300w L.E.D.'s for flower....I really don't believe higher wattage would yield a signifigant amount more.....under 50 grams is not enough for me to increase wattage....good luck....
