5 plant exo cheese bag seed grow need some advice

Hi, I'm currently growing 5 exo cheese bag seeds that are 5wks 1 day today, so there in the 6th week from germination.

I've had them in 5L fabric pots for 3wks since transplanting from root riot's too 1L pots to there 5L pots.

I'm using a diy cabinet that measures 55x105x170cm
I'm currently using a 250w mh 7200k
Also have a few mars300 in the draw & a few brand new 400w 2000k hps & 600w hps with a digital ballast that ranges from 250w/400w/600w/660w so I'm good as far as lighting goes lol

Media: canna coco plus
Nutrients: flora series for (veg only)
Ionic coco bloom for (flower)
Diamond nectar
Canazyme
Nitrozyme (foliar only)
Green fuse grow (veg only)
Magne cal+
Bio bloom (flower only)
Background PH is 7.9
Background EC is 0.3
EC in veg is 1.0/1.2
PH 5.7/5.9


I've also topped all 5 plants a few times each but ' havent done any trimming as of yet because I'm in two mind's where to go from here?

Plants are all 12" tall and just as bushy.
Not sure if I should transplant into bigger pots or just let them stay in the 5L pots?
Considering the yields you can get from a 6L pot I don't suppose 1L makes that much difference.

I do want to scrog but since some of these girls might hermie some time in flower I'm a little wurried it will be difficult to spot the he/she's if there bursting through a scrog net?
3 of the 5 have thrown some female pistols so at least no herm's yet.

So' my fellow growers question time:

Q1) scrog or stake & lst?
Q2) veg for 1 more week or flip?
Q3) leave the mh for 1 week of 12/12 or go with the hps for the start of 12/12?
Q4) leave in the 5L pots or transplant to bigger pots?
Q5) should I use a mix of LED&MH or MH&HPS or just HPS?
Q6) 12/12 from 18/6 or 24hour dark period before the flip?

Any advice or criticism welcome but be gentle coz I'm a ass hole to ass holes lol

Well we all have different preferences but...

1) stake them or a net for support only.. Too many plants in half a meter square to take advantage of proper scrog.
2) flip now, too many plants in such a small space.
3) leave MH for a week if you want them squat or switch to hps if you want more stretch. Might be good to have that stretch considering the dense canopy.
4) leave them in 5lt if your happy watering every day mid flower.
5) A mix isn't going to hurt, I would be tempted to mix MH and HPS if you can afford the extra heat.
6)12/12 no dark period. Because its not natural to deprive a plant of light for 24hours.

Only my opinions and they are based on your small space which is pretty full.
One of those "scrog nets" on ebay that are not fit for a real scrog might serve you well for support.
I hear although its possible exo doesn't like to be scrogged much.

I had one of those 4x4 stretchy nets with adjustable clips so ' I threw that in there for support. Also done a light flush with balanced nutes and' a little trimming of the under growth.

Changed from the 250 mh to a brand new lumi-black 600hps duel spectrum dialed down to 400 for a week then I will crank it up to 600. I'm fortunate that my ambient temperature are 19c so I'm able to keep the heat under control.

Just got to keep a eye out for male flowers over the next couple week now!
