Do you know if this is something passed genetically or just an "anomaly"?It's called Whorled Phyllotaxy. It will produce MANY budding sites with 3 branches per node instead of the normal two per node.
It's rare. I been growing over 30 years and I have only grown them 2 or 3 times. It's genetic and will make a very bushy plant.Do you know if this is something passed genetically or just an "anomaly"?
This is really interesting. If it’s genetic, would it be possible to breed it into a new strain? I’m very new to all this but, I’m taking in all the new info I can. It's rare. I been growing over 30 years and I have only grown them 2 or 3 times. It's genetic and will make a very bushy plant.
