just wondering what time length of flowering outdoors is? im hoping my plant will finish in 45 days.
 
outdoors expect 6-14 weeks unless you are growing ruderalis.Ruderalis 4-8 weeks ,Indicas take about 6-8 weeks,sativas take about 8-14 weeks and most hybrids 8-10 weeks.

45 days starting when?
You're not going to get any close predictions without giving details about the plant, and clarifying your question.
 
I'm at the 49th parallel and my girl is flowering at day 38. I don't anticipate harvest for at least 3 more weeks possibly 4. I am growing a hybrid of unconfirmed lineage.

That said, 63 to 70 days is realistic for me.
