4400W/1room, ventilation?

Haha, just kidding, I know I'll need ventilation. Well, here's the dealio, I'm going to have ten 400W hps lights and a 400w MH light, and some more lights (not sure which type to use) to take care of the clones. Point is, there's going to be a lot of heat generating there and I will connect the lights with some of those pipe thingies and ventilate the entire room. If anyone could please give me heat ventilation 101, I can then, sorta formulate a plan and work from there! ;D Any help appreciated, thanksss.
