42w Cfl vegging?

I have a 42w Blue spectrum Cfl for vegging and was wondering if the one bulb can grow me a mother plant I can clone?

If you keep her small,,, yes.
If you're talking a 3-6 footer,,, nope.
Also you need to take into consideration the room. Is it large or small. Are the walls black or reflective, etc.
What I mean by that is, Is the light concentrated to the plant or are the lumens allowed to stray all over the room?

if ur growing in a small space than yes that will do fine for the time being....
