ok i have a few questions.
Im building to seperate grow rooms in the one room... my veg room consist of 400w mh and 125w cfl a little cirular fan and a timer all going in to one socket in the wall... my flower room which is not up yet has 400w hps and 90w led plus timer and fan going into its own soket in the same room... Do u think this is too much elec going thru the room?
also i plan on hooking an exhaust systm up when the flower room is set up will this also oferdue it?
And one last question, in my veg room when the timer is plugged in the socket and the cords hang alittle and pull down on the timer it seems to shut the light on the ceiling off not blowing the circuit though just turns the light off until i take the weight off of the timer just wondering if u might no y it is doin this???
Thx for ur help.

I'm gonna assume you're a 'merkin, and you're running standard household service, which I believe is 15amps at 110v, so lets work this out.
You have 2 400w HID lamps, add 10% to those to account for power used by the ballast and you have the best part of 900w. Add the LEDs, CFL and fan and you'll have about 1200w (I'm rounding up for safety). Divide this by the voltage to get the current, 10.9 amps.
Bear in mind that a breaker can only run continuously at around 80% of it's rated load, which is 12 amps and you can see you are close, but should be ok. The theoretical maximum for each circuit is 1320w, but it's best not to get too close to that if you can avoid it.
You will need an exhaust fan, but that should be less than 100w. I'm gonna say you should just be within your limits, assuming all the sockets in the room run from one breaker (I'm not sure if houses are wired differently over there) but I'm a big advocate of playing safe when it comes to electricity, and if it's at all possible I'd have a separate line to run the HIDs on, just for peace of mind.
I've had to make a lot of assumptions to reach this conclusion, so check out the things I've mentioned before you do anything, maybe get a second opinion from someone in your part of the world.
If the weight of the cords is pulling the timer far enough out of the socket to break the circuit then it won't be doing your bulb any favours, and needs sorting. Is there any way you can secure the cords so their weight is supported?
If on the other hand the timer is not coming away from the socket, then you may have a bad timer or outlet.

hey thx man... i am almost positive that they run off the same fuse...well i was setting up my flower room and tryed puttin the 400w hps in there and turned it on and it wouldnt turn on so i tryed putting in the socket right under it and it kinda sparked and made some clicking noises before i shoved it in... So now im kinda scareed to stick it in there... I most likely will run them threw another room so its off diff fuse,,, thx for ur help and if u kno wat the clicking noise or y my hps wont turn on it would help much...

Did it trip the breaker when it sparked and clicked? Does the HPS work if you plug it into an outlet that you know is good? It sounds like a short to earth, which should have tripped the breaker. You'll have to figure out if the socket is at fault, or if it's the ballast or wiring.
