400w HPS?

So i got this light for free and there are now marking on it at all. SO i don't know what light it is. Pictures Attached, I think its a 400 watt HPS
what do you guys think?
I am growing lettuce under it right now and it works well but would like to start growing cannabis with it if i can.

bulb should have markings on it near the base as to what it is

the ballast should have stuff next to the serial number to explain it's specs
