400w HPS Venting?

i was wondering what would be a "key" to cfm for intake/exhaust fan. i'm lookin into purchasing a 400w hps w/euro refect. and i'm wondering if maybe, if 2 of these would do the trick

one for intake
one for exhaust pullin air through a carbon filter.

My Question mainly is:
Will this work? and if not, suggestions anyone?

My grow room isn't that big so I use all the negative pressure created by the exhaust and just have a vent tube pulling in the air due to the pressure... I have a 400w HPS runnin 20/6 and a 300cfm squirrel cage and my temps are never higher than 83f... and thats with out my reflector shielded with glass and the exhaust line a couple feet from the top of it... plus my light is 12-16inches from the tops of the plants... Works just as good for me
