400w hps price

found a deal for a hps ballast, bulb, and reflector.......25 us$ seems shady, any body have an opinion? new bulb is 20$ just seems weird

It's probably a used low bay or high bay wharehouse light. Which is fine, if it isn't ancient and if it's 120v.

$25 is pretty cheap. Is it someone just trying to get rid of the light? Shoot, a 400w hps bulb costs twice that

Go on craigslist.org and go in the part called farm and garden will can find great deals there also ebay!

it is a warehouse light, not sure of age and i did get it on craigslist

It's perfect for 3x3.. Enjoy, it's a good light for that kind of money.

I bought a 2003 430w Supernova ballast with a bulb (I've since replaced it but the original bulb worked) for $60 and a nice "tomato" from a previous crop.

I still use the ballast, works great.

I bought 4 400 wat mh ballast with bulbs for 10 bucks each,,,,I also got em on craigslist and they too were warehouse lights.I used them for a while...They're pretty heavy since reflector and ballast are together.....but came in handy for a while.I don't use em no more
