400w HPS from HTGsupply.. good buy or bad buy?

I'm wondering if this would be a good purchase? it seems like a low price but I don't want to buy a piece of junk. I'm currently trying to replace my 250w light(I would advise anyone looking at 250ws to go ahead and get a 400w!!!!).
