400W CFL Enough for Clones?

I have a small cloning tray in a reflective cabinet, 24"x8"x8" with 2 clones in it, under 4 100W Equiv 5000K CFL's, they are 1600 Lumens a piece, totalling 6400 Lumens, the lights are roughly 5" above canopy, because I have a dome over the tray. Will this be enough light for these clones?

Clones need and want lower light conditions. I use a single 26w cfl over a 27gal tote with 20+ cuttings. If youu have too much light the cutting has to put more energy into moving water instead of growing roots.

So basically between the amount of light, and distance I have from the bulbs, as long as I maintain heat, I should be fine?

I say 1x100w bulb would be better clones dont require that much light
i had a clone sprout roots in a dark room once looking for light
